Turning On the Shower

1. Ensure the bathroom light is switched on (the shower is connected to this circuit)
2. Press the power button on the shower unit
3. Turn the temperature dial to your desired setting (right for hotter, left for cooler)
4. Adjust the water flow using the flow control dial

Electric Hob

1. The hob controls are located on the front panel
2. Turn the corresponding dial to select the heat level (1-6)
3. A red indicator light will show when the hob is active
4. Remember to turn off all rings after use

Oven

1. Select the desired function using the function dial (fan, conventional, grill)
2. Set the temperature using the temperature dial
3. The oven light will turn off when it reaches the set temperature

Electric Heating

The cabin has electric panel heaters in each room. Each heater has individual controls:

1. Press the power button to turn on
2. Use the + and - buttons to set your desired temperature
3. The display will show the current setting

Wood-Burning Stove

1. Ensure the air vents at the bottom of the stove are fully open
2. Place kindling in a pyramid shape
3. Add a firelighter in the center
4. Light the firelighter and close the door
5. Once the kindling is well lit, add small logs
6. Gradually add larger logs as the fire establishes
7. Adjust the air vents to control the burn rate

Water Mains

The water mains stopcock is located under the kitchen sink. Turn clockwise to shut off water supply in case of emergency.

Electricity

The fuse box is located in the hallway cupboard. If power trips, check which switch has moved to the "off" position and reset it.
